Customers may return products for a full refund within 15 days if the item has not been used. Once an item is used and in doing so bound to your account it can no longer be returned. Contact us before sending any item back to arrange the return.
In the event of an error on our part, such as delivering the wrong item, a replacement for the correct item will be provided or a full refund, regardless of your ability to return the item you were mistakenly sent.
